If in stock, you can expect your product(s) to be delivered within 1 to 2 business days. This applies to deliveries within Belgium and the Netherlands. For other EU countries, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 days.

If products are not in stock, the estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks, or up to 3 weeks in exceptional cases. We will, of course, inform you in the event of any delays.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €6, and for other EU countries, €9.50. Orders over €80 qualify for free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For other EU countries, the free shipping threshold is €250. 

If a package appears to be damaged upon arrival, please take photos before opening it. If the product itself is also damaged, please take photos of that as well and contact us via the contact form or info@tovami.com.

If the package is severely damaged, it is advisable not to accept it.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a track and trace code. We typically ship with PostNL and GLS.
