ECU flash for Yamaha YZF-R25 2014-2019
Your motorcycle can also be improved remotely, directly within the ECU. You will need to disassemble your ECU yourself and send it to us. We can then flash it to remove restrictions and install a map tailored to your motorcycle's setup. This typically results in improved throttle response, increased smoothness, better constant-speed riding, reduced engine braking, and usually an increase in torque and horsepower. Additionally, limiters – if present – can be removed. Through this form of 'chip tuning', we can adjust:
- fuel map
- disable O2 sensor
- Turn off "fuel cut off"
- ignition timing
- secondary throttle plates
- RPM limiter (when desired)
- disable error codes, such as those after removing the exhaust valve
- the fan can be activated at lower coolant temperature
An advantage is that you can be helped quickly; it takes at most a few days before you receive your ECU back.
